
The Moorhead site offers a ballistic weight training program called Cormax. By using ballistic weight training, an athlete lifts a weight, accellerates the weight throughout the lift, and releases the weight into "free space" at the end of the lift, all in less than one second. A ballistic lift is an athletic move that activates and trains the fast-twitch muscle fiber.
We feel the combination of TaeKwonDo and Cormax is an integral part of becoming the best that we can be.
